From Virginia Tech CB Aeneas Peebles to Buffalo LB Shaun Dolac, a group of prospects who were helped by the predraft process -- or were conspicuous in their absence from it.
I was waiting for Aeneas Peebles to show up! For my money and from my vantage point, he was the most dominant player on the field in Mobile. At least on defense.
As you’ll remember from my gushing about him on the bleachers, and on the walk to dinner, and …
The thought crossed my mind: I am enjoying reading all of these but I'm also looking forward to re-reading the ones for the guys my team drafts. How much work would it be for you to go back and append your thoughts on how each guy fits with the team that drafted him?
When I do Draft Performance Assessments after the draft, I will muse about team fits and other things. It will probably be full of links back to the guys.
I really appreciate these dives into beyond the first round types. It gives me hope that the Raiders will be able to find some gems in the later rounds.

He had a great week and gave great sounbites. I was going to rank him higher but I am being somewhat strict about age and size characteristics.

However much work it would be, it would also be stating the obvious.
I would love Mike to highlight the biggest headscratchers as a thinly veiled roast

I heard that Peebles started at Troy but then transferred out.
Thanks!

Glad you liked them! I have another 40 guys or so in capsule form, but I will only mention them during the postdraft performance assessments.
